Apply Parents to visit USA

Hello,

My Dad and step-mom want to visit USA next year. How can i apply both of them to come here? Im a 10 years green card holder, not an US citizen yet. My husband is an US citizen. Can he apply my parents? And how can i apply my biological mom to visit here too?

Applying for parents Visa

Hi,

You cannot apply for your parents or your biological mother. They have to themselves apply for their B2/tourist Visa. You may assist them to apply or fill up the application on their behalf. Only thing they would need from you is an invitation letter to show ties to you. If you are sponsoring their US trip, you will need to send details about your financial status (pay stubs, W2, bank statements etc). And also your passport/GC copies.

They will need to show sufficient ties back home. And also property, Financial status details to assure the VO that they will return back to India after touring US.
