I have a clarification regarding question 37 on DS157.
q37:Are any of the following persons in US or do they have legal US permanent residence or US citizenship?Mark YES or NO and indicate presons status.
Husband/wife/son/daughter/....
I am on Bl1 visa and my wife has dependent visa (L2) .I am sponsoring my in-laws .Hence what do i need to indicate for this question?

You have to state YES on Q. 37 DS156. Write next to it Non immigrant (B-1 Visa)
