I am a GC holder since 2012. I got the residence status while I was a student abroad, and in order to retain my status without quitting school I kept on entering the US once a year.
Last time (10 months ago) I left the USA to complete my BA and graduate. I'm coming back to USA next month and got an internship abroad (2 years long) starting this December so I understand my best option is to fill the I-131 FORM.
My question is what should I mention about it on my filling and if you have other tips to give me in order to expedite my request?
Should I detail or is it enough to fill "educational reasons"?
Also, should I expect problems on the POE? Will it help if I bring my last year tuition with me?
