Hi! My fiancee is waiting for his petition from his parents and due to be issued anytime now. We have a 7 year old daughter and a 4 year old son. Our daughter was tagged along with his petition as a derivative. My question is, is she allowed to come back here in the Philippines to continue her studies after getting her green card? Im the mother and it will be hard for her to be separated from me for a long time. I cant secure a US visa even for just a tourist so i can go visit from time to time. Appreciate your input wiyh this.
