Recently my L1 Blanket that my company filed for me got rejected. Now my company is willing to file under L1 Individual category. Is there any cooling period that we need to wait or can we initiate the new visa process immediately. Please advise

Recently my L1 Blanket that my company filed for me got rejected. Now my company is willing to file under L1 Individual category. Is there any cooling period that we need to wait or can we initiate the new visa process immediately. Please advise

No cooling off period as long as you have enough evidence to overcome the reasons for L1 Blanket rejection.
