H1b to F1 to H1b

Hello Immihelp,

I am currently on H1b on my 4th year with approved I-140. Now am planning for fulltime MBA in 2015. Below are my questions. Plz shed some light.

1) Is it difficult to transfer H1b to F1 visa as I already applied for GC and clearly notified USCIS of my intention of being citizen?
2) If I get my F1 and complete my MBA, will I fall under old H1b exempt or will I fall in 2017 exempt?
3) If I get H1b in 2017, can I use my old priority date for GC?
