    NORI certificate

    Hi
    I applied for NORI waiver to New York embassy. today I received two copies of NORI certificate. Do I need to send one copy to Washington DC embassy?
    I thought the consulate office will send it directly to Washington DC embassy.
    Does anyone know if New York consulate do not send it directly to Washington DC embassy.
