Australian PR - looking to migrate to US

I am an Australian PR holder and in Melbourne for last 1 year. I am looking to shift base to US.

I am into Information Security with 10 yrs of exp.

What options do I have?

Hi,
If you are not a citizen of AUS, you need to find someone to sponsor your H1 visa, same like everyone else outside USA. If you stay and get AUS citizenship, you can travel on E2 visa which is similar to H1.
May i ask why you wish to go to USA from AUS? Is the job scene bad in Mel? Asking because i plan to apply for a AUS PR soon.
