stamping with employer B

Hi Guys,

Background : H1b was approved in 2013 through employer A and 221g was issued in chennai vi.
I have joined a new employer B and filed h1b (cap exemption). It was approved and successfully stamped. Is there any chance that USCIS notifies the employer A?

USCIS would not do that. And even if A comes to know it does not matter at all.
