Already completed MBA in UK. Now applying for MS in USA with 3 years of experience

Hello. I completed my MBA in UK in 2011 and now i am applying for MS in USA. couple of my friends with same profile got their visa rejected. And i did not had my interview done but please suggest me how to reply for the questions so that the probability of getting visa will be more
