The biggest crib in this forum seems to be -
* Visa rejected on 214B grounds --> both children currently reside in the US.
Is there anyone out there, whose parents/in-laws got a visa despite the fact that all their children were in the US? Either in the firt, second or third?
If so, did you do anything different?
If they got rejected once and got the visa the next time, what changed in the second interview? Want to know if it's just a matter of luck or you actually need to change some things.
