Purpose of trip question?

Hi, my parents visa interview is on April3. I am sponsoring them. On DS156, purpose is visiting family.
How will it matter -- if my parents also say that our daughter-in-law is expecting in April end.So, it will be good if could also take good care of her and of the newborn. Is it positive or negative for them?

& never say your daughter-in-law is expecting a child or she is sick...just simply use the words like, pleasure, tourism, & visiting family
