What should I expect from New Immigration Reform - for OPT (STEM) candidates ???
Hi all,
I am an international student, currently on my OPT STEM extension (till July 2015). I (living here since dec 2008) and my spouse (living here for 2 years on F2 visa) are living here and we have a U.S. born child.
With this new changes in immigration, should I expect any good news for me and other students in similar situation as mine ?
or I still have to rely on H1B, which I am going to apply next year.
Can someone please shed some light on this?
