presidents executive action

I want to know little bit of information about the executive order,
I came in 2007 in usa from India on f1 visa, I changed it to go in 2009 and I m without any status since 2012.
I have 2 kids born in usa and wife from India came in march of 2010.
Will I get any benefit from executive action and what about my wife as she came in march of 2010?
