I am currently on F1 visa which was expired in middle of 2014. However, i am full time student in university A. But in this university I am having unfavorable circumstances and considering to transfer to university B. Would it be okay to transfer to another university. What are the various forms required to transfer to another school? Besides, What are obligations that are needed to complete from both aspects of university? Additionally, if I want to go on work visa then would it be okay to not conclude and start the process? Regards,
