Hi ,
I am currently an Indian national who has applied for a Portuguese Visa ( birth registration is under process ) . I do plan to study in the US in the coming year . I have certain questions on this.
a) Since i am currently residing in India , when i have to apply for a US student Visa , can i do so from India since i will be having a Portuguese Passport then ?
b) Does having a Portuguese passport in India , reduce my chances of getting a US student Visa ?
c) After getting my birth registration is done in Portugal how long can i wait before obtaining a Portuguese Passport ? Do i need to surrender my Indian passport immediately ?
