My mom came US on Visitor visa with in last 30 days.
She had a AngioPlasty to her Heart around Aug of 2004.
Now she is all fine and taking medication every day.
What are the options I have to buy medial insurance for her here ?
Does it consider as pre-existing condition ?
Should I go for Fixed or Comprehensive ?
Which insurance is the best bet at my current situation ?

Yes, it will be considered as pre-existing conditions in all the plans from all the companies.
It is definitely advisable to buy the comprehensive coverage.
