Dear all,
I'm Italian and next year I will attend Tuck school of business. Courses are starting in mid August and the school would
sponsor me and my wife for the VISA.
There is only one problem: I am getting married the 21st of June and, since my bride to be will accompany me in the US, I’d like to know how to manage the VISA issue.
Can we apply for the VISA before the 21st of June as if we were already married (sending appropriate documentation) or we have to wait after 21st of June?
