hello everyone, in Tuesday I went to the embassy for my F1 Visa Interview, actually it was denied and here is what happened:
Me: Hello
VO: Hello, please put your left hand on the scanner for finger prints
Me: Ok
VO: right hand then thumbs.
VO: Please have a seat until I call you
Me: Ok.
I waited like 30 minutes, it was a full room of people between F1 Visa applicants and DV lottery and Tourist Visa.
While waiting, I've seen a student in an interview and I could hear what's going on... he was shivering (bad thing) and she said to him: why you are not so natural ? finally she refused his visa.
I heard my name...
Me: Hello
VO: hi, so why you are applying for this college?
Me: I answered
VO: typing... (I don't know what's she's typing)
VO: did you apply for other colleges?
Me: No
VO: Why?
Me: Because I don't know anyone in other areas.
Vo: Ok, and do you know someone in the area where u applied for that college?
Me: yes
VO: who is he?
Me: He is a friend of mine.
Vo: what he does?
Me: he's a software developer.
Vo: typing for a longtime like a full minute.
Vo: Who is sponsoring your education?
Me: I have a bank account, my mother and my cousin.
Vo: show me the bank statements.
Me: (I handled her the bank statements)
Vo: why ur cousin is sponsoring u?
Me: I answered.
Vo: what she does?
Me: she works in a real estate agency.
Vo:Ok. (she took a deep look at my cousin's bank statement and she said: Do you have a recent bank statement, this is from May to November 2014)
Me: (I wished I could stop the time and freeze people and fly like superman and bring a new bank statement)
Me: No that's the only one I have, the reason is when college asked for bank letter we also asked for bank statement... it's like 2 months and few days
VO: started to calculate the period and for a moment I felt that she doesn't know what to do. (I was getting nervous)
VO: please hold on 1 minute
Me: Ok
She went to ask another officer probably, she returned in 30 seconds or so.
Vo: Unfortunetaly you don't qualify for a visa.
Me: Ok thank you
she gave me a paper with 214b reason.
My question is: she returned all my papers including passport except DS-160 form. I'll be applying again for interview and I want to know If I have to re-print the previous DS-160 form as I saved it in pdf file or I should create a new DS-160 form?
I wanted to get new bank statement, fresh one..
I need your advice.
