Is there an expiry for the HDFC Receipt ???

Once we get the HDFC receipt is there a stipulated amount of time until when we can use the receipt after which it becomes invalid ??

Also lets say we use the receipt to get an appointment date, how many times or for how long can we keep postponing the date ?
