    Got I-797 for F1 visa from H4, but I-94 is expiring soon.

    Hi,
    I have changed my status from H4 to F1 recently and got I-797 approval in Feb 2015 which is valid till D/S. And my I-94 is expiring in 2015, so is it okay to continue on F1? will expiration of I-94 effect my stay in States? will it effect on my legal status here?
