PIO Card Help - Chicago Consulate

I have applied for my daughter's PIO Card a month and half ago at Indian Consulate, Chicago. I have no response from them yet.

I called/emailed them at the contact information provided in the site http://chicago.indianconsulate.com/conmap.htm every thing in vain.

Any help in this regard is truly appreciated.
