Sample I-134 on immihelp.

Hi Friends,

I checked sample I-134 form available on immihelp. For the info. given in step one, status of the applicant is added as point (e) as H1 (Temporary worker) and one no. is written. What is that no.? is it petition no. or visa no.? I found one control no. on visa stamp. is it that?

Is it required to write that no. or we can just say H1 / L1?
