    Default Last day extention of B1/B2

    The stamp on I-94 form was April 23rd, which was Sunday. Therefore extention package was sent out on Monday, April 24th, straight in the morning. Does anyone know if it was done legitimately and if INS is going to accept the application? Thanks a lot for any information you can provide.

    I think you should apply 4-6 weeeks before I-94 expires

    Extension if any should be done 45 days prior to the current I 94 expiry date.
