How important are the income tax return forms for getting a B1 Visa? I just happened to misplace my forms ,but I do have a valid PAN card.

It is important, dont miss any document which the visa officer may ask, so try to carry all the possible documents.

Pan card doesnt help ...If you have filed it through a CA ,try to get a certified copy from him or else you might have to do some running around by going to the income tax office and getting hold of a copy.It simply is a very important document for a B1 visa especially cos they need to know that you are actually paying taxes in india and you are actually earning a good salary.If you are lucky they might not ask but thats a chance you take.Hope this helps you.
