SUB: Stamping in Canada on a NEW Passport...

Hello Friends,

My Passport had a Visa (of Employer A). After that I got my new Passport recently and my Visa has expired. I have my new I-94 (of Employer B)and am planning to go to Vancouver to get my new Passport stamped.

Can anyone please tell me if there would be any issues in getting it stamped from Vancouver? I have my new passport...

Hi

getting H1 B revalidated at Vancoveur is no big deal provided you have all evidence to prove that you are unable to come ot your home country for stamping and you have proof that you have been maintaining status while in the US. remember to attach all old passports with the new one. This would really help.
