    Default egyptian american marriage

    I'm 29 years old Egyptian citizen live in Egypt.
    My fiance is 19 years old (palestinean / american citizen) porn and live in palestine and never went to USA but she has a social security.
    she come from Palestine to EGYPT to complete our marriage and we want to relocate to USA.
    1- what are the steps we must proceed in ?
    2- can I get the visa or not after the marriage?
    3- what the kind of visa w'll I take ?
    4- will I take the Green Card after that ?
    plz help us to start our life.

    she have to be in USA for apply K3 CR1 or any other family immigrant petition if she is in palistine more than 8 months she will need to show domicile in embassy and her usa social security card and driving licence and other proves that she have been in USA...but the good way is she should go to USA and than apply behalf of you from USA..,

    plz tell me brother , I can't let her travel without me but I need to know if I take her after marriage and goto the empassy will they give me any other visa (travel or other) which let me enter the USA borders ?

    yes you May apply for tourist visa and maybe you will be approved maybe not...cos there is not much success in this and this is nto sure that..if you will be granted or not..,better for u is get marry with her and than contact embassy of america in egypt and talk to consuler officer and ask them this..probably they will allow...,every embassy is different.., but you can try on tourist visa..,Best Of Luck
