is it ok to send the first time all the documents and fees including the PCC without the fingerprint card bcoz i heard that fingerprint card can also be done at the time of medicals?
2nd question: I have applied to indian consulate houston for PCC. They said that they would need me to send my passport after 4 weeks to get PCC stamped. My question is is PCC in the form of paper or does it have to be stamped on the passport where i have to send the copy of that passport page which has the PCC stamped?
