My inlaws visa was rejected 2 times. The first time was in jan 06 and was rejected saying they will be possible immigrant. The second time was june 06 and they rejected saying that we do not have enough funds to support them. We have sponsored my parents 5 months back and they got visa.
My husband is only son and we have green card. Was someone in similar situation before? Is there anyway we can ask consulate to reconsider the decision(provide more bank statments, contact senetor, etc)? Or when to apply again for visa?
Any suggestions would be helpfull.
