    Default Certificate from CA

    Hi,

    Is there any suggested format of letter from CA certifying the market value of House? Does this letter need to be addressed to US Consulate or it should be in 'To whom it may concern' format?

    I believe there is a sample affidavit of property in this site. Just complete that and get it notarised by a CA..
