    Default Advance Parole.

    Hello,
My EAD and AP have been expired and my wife's EAD and AP expire sometime in MAr2006. I am applying for my renewal for EAD and AP. Below is the question

She went to india for trip and while returning she can come back on her AP right, and her AP has nothing to do with my EAD/ AP being expired.

Please advise at the earliest convenience. Thanks.

No,...they are independent of each other............thats why EACH person, primary or dependent, is required to have one

You mentione dthat hers expired in March 2006........so she would ahv ehad to have renewed it to be able to travel
