Having B1 /B2 and H 1 filed- plzz help me

Hi Immi help,

I am having B1/B2 multiple entry for 10 years (company name not mentioned in the VISA), And I already visited USA for 25 days 2 months back - Business trip.


My company also filed H1 for me- I got the LIN number(filed on May 6th vermount).

Next month(September) first week i want to travel to USA - personel trip.

Was there any problem for me in the port of entry - becoz in september I will get my H1 papers(or H1 approval).

In the port of entry - whether immigration officer will allow me in to USA - with theB1/B2 or not- becoz at that time I will get the approval for my H1 also.

plzz help me.
