Question about filing for Citizenship

Hello everyone. My wife is eligible to file for naturalization/citizenship, however, she had a problem with the law. About a year ago, she was charged with 3 counts of under-ring. Spouse was not convicted and all charges were dropped. We are still going to disclose the charges on the naturalization application. We would like to know if anyone had a similar situation or knows if this may cause a denial/delay in the naturalization process. Thank you.

Under-ring would is something like retail theft.
