Married with a Divorce Americain Girl

am Tunisian nationality, have a plan to married an old American woman, she is separate from her husband longtime ago, but no official paper divorce yet.
she told me, the issue in the court already, and everything will be ok whiten 1 year. so am still waiting, here the question:
- is there any ban period which American woman will married again after divorce?
- is there any age limit difference between the girl and the man?
- Am living in Qatar, can i process all the paper needed from USA embassy in Qatar, or should be in Tunisia.
- I have B2 visa for 10 year, can we process everything in USA instead
