My spouse is on H4 and she has already started studying in a college since Aug,2015 . She has to go in India in Jan. Now, here are my questions :
1. Can my spouse get H4 visa to F1 COS done at any time? or is it advisable to get COS done only at specific times such as start of semester
2. If my spouse applies for F1 visa while she is india , and then if the F1 visa application gets rejected , then will she be allowed to come back to US on H4? Does the interviewer cancel H4 visa as well while rejecting F1 visa?
3. Exactly, how many months does one has to stay in F1 visa for applying OPT
