Hi,
My US born girlfriend has been living with me for the past 5 months in the UK, on the 23rd of November she is due to return and I am visiting the US for 3 weeks on a Visa Waiver, returning alone to the UK on the 11th December.
Will I have any trouble getting through the immigration officers? And if so what can I do to show them my intention is not in staying the the US.
I booked the 3 weeks off work for the trip, and I got my employer to write a letter detailing my trip dates and when I am due to return to the office.
Any other evidence which could prove helpful?
