Hi All,
I've already transferred my H1B with Employer B and it's approved. Now today was my last working day with Employer A.
However if i plan to join Employer B after 10 days from today.
Here are some detailed information:
1. Employer B petition is approved and in that the Valid from date is mentioned as 9th of November, 2015.
2. In Employer A my last working day was TODAY. I've my pay-stub until 15th of November, 2015
3. Planning to join Employer B on 30th of November, 2015 since they don't have any prior date for first day induction training and all.
Still I would be considered as "Out-of-Status"?
