H1B Stamping in Dubai

Hi,

I am currently working in Dubai and visited US earlier on H1B with previous employer from India.

Now, I have found another employer (consultancy) with a valid project who can utilize my visa in cap-exempt quota and got my petition approved.

I have scheduled my visa interview at Dubai Consulate and really worried after reading old threads about unsuccessful visa interviews here at Dubai. I would like to get some inputs on visa stamping experiences at Dubai Consulate recently.

I hope me scheduling interview here at Dubai other than home country isn't a problem as well.

Please advise.

First time H1B stamping should usually be from your home country. But if you are already working in Dubai, then you can schedule your visa interview there.
