I am a CPA working for a company that has recently applied for my greencard. I would like to start my own consultancy while continuing to remain an employee of the company. I have heard that I cannot have other sources of income when my employer has sponsored the H1 visa and has applied for my greencard. Will this jeapaordize the greencard process? Can anyone please advise?
