J1 visa and Marriage licence
Hello,
I am currently in US and I am here with J1 visa and I still have a 3 months validity on it. Me and My Gf decided to get married, and before doing that, we decided to go to my country for 10 days, and get married when we will return here, and because we have a lot of things to do, we went to take the marriage licence this week, thinking that this step can be helpful in the future, but we didn't do anything else.
I am asking if there is any risk that can makes me cannot return back to US if I will go to my country next days especially after I signed the marriage licence, also honestly I still not sure, if the marriage licence means to the government that I am already married or not yet, and as I know, If you get married, the visa will be invalid, and I should stay here.
Please help me.
