Hi all,
I have a coworker who is based in UK and has dual citizenship in Iran and Australia. He was 2 years old when he left Iran and gained citizenship in Australia. He has not been to Iran since. He occassionally travels to the US for business meetings (a few times a year) and always came in under ESTA. Under the expected changes to ESTA is it expected that he will no longer be able to use the VWP as he was born in Iran? The Dept of State website has a message about "pending changes" but it is very vauge. Any one have any idea on how best to handle if he is expected to travel to US at end of Feb?
