Greencard holder marrying a Tourist Visa Holder
Hello Everyone,
I would appreciate if you can help me with the following questions that I have.
I am a greencard holder and getting married with my fiance this march in Turkey ( we are both turkish) . She holds tourist visa until 2019.
We would like to come back together back to USA after our marriage.
Here are my questions.
1) I would like to apply for greencard for her. What are the normal steps for the application.
2) Can she come and visit me as long as she does not violate her stay period (Less than 6 months? )
3) Does she need to explain anything to the customs officer saying that she will be visiting her husband?
