My brother is a US citizen who is willing to petition for myself and my parents. We are from Brazil. I was illegally in the US while I was a minor (4 years old - 14 years old currently 16 soon to be 17), will this affect the process or my chances at all? I also wanted to know if it would be faster/better if my brother would instead petition for my parents and once they received permanent resident status to petition for me. I will answer any questions needed.
