H1B Stamping Completed , Need to Travel on H4 for some period of time
Hello,
My wife is working for an IT company in India, and she got her H1B VISA stamping done recently. The company is not able to find a project for her till now and she is planning to take LOA for sometime.
I have following questions if she travel to US on H4 visa.
1. I wanted to know if she appears for H4 VISA interview, will the officer cancel / invalidate her already stamped H1B Visa.
2. While being on LOA if her current employer finds a project in US can we apply for COS from H4 to H1B again or she will have to travel back India and come back on H1B visa.
Our main concern is her already stamped H1B visa should not get invalidated or her petition should not go void if travelled on H4 VISA.
