Hi All,
I am going to file I-140 (EB-1A) and I-907 (premium processing) simultaneously. I opt for consular processing over adjustment of status, since I am not living in the US any more. Do I need to file any other Form simultaneously with I-140 and I-907, for consular processing? Have I opted for adjustment of status, I would be filing Form I-485 along with the others. My question is if there is anything similar for consular processing?
