Can I use receipt notice while applying for H1B visa?

Hello All,

I am currently on L1 visa and have applied for my change of status to L2 two weeks back. I believe COS approval will take ~3 months to process. Now, I plan to apply for H1 due to some changes in circumstances. Can you please let me know if I can use my COS receipt notice from USCIS while applying for H1B visa so that they are aware that even though I am on L1 currently, I did apply for L2 COS.
