I hold Pakistani and USA nationality and am engaged to an Indian national. We plan to get married in India. I know that it is difficult for Pakistani nationals to get a visit visa to India. Does anyone know of any Pakistani who obtained a visit visa to India for marriage purposes? What supporting information do I need to include when applying for the visa?

Pakistani/US Dual Citizenship with India Visa Issue
I am resident of New York, with dual US and Pakistani citizenship. I am applying on my Pakistani passport (which I only acquired as Indian visa is only issued on Pak passport if you have not renounced the citizenship officially). I have all the required docs including an invitation / sponsorship letter from my best friend who lives in Delhi who used to be my neighbor in New York. My problem is with the Additional Particular Form. It asks if your parents and grand parents were Pakistani nationals, and of course they were. And then it asks for their passports numbers. I called the CKGS number a month ago and told them that I am unable to produce any such numbers as my grandparents were dead before I was even born and never had any passports. Also, my father died 2 decades ago. The only person alive is my mother who lives in Lahore and has a NICOP and no passport. They gave me a reference number and said that they would contact me in 24 hours. They never do and I have to call every day and they "escalate" it. Yesterday I received a one line email totally unrelated to my complaint. It simply said something like "your visa reference is blah blah, and your entry required is 3 months. Thanks". Called again, and it was back to square one.
I have already filled out the forms and in the "Passport No" parts of grand parents and father I wrote "deceased" and in mother's passport I entered the NICOP number for mom.
I am going to CKGS in Manhattan on Wednesday and wondering what to expect. Should I get a notarized letter stating that I am unable to produce those docs? Anyone else had this problem with them?
