question should i refer my case to a lawyer?
we met online about 3 years back we have used ********, skype , hang outs to communicate i have these questions:
1.i have met a person who is 15 years younger and he has proposed
2. will it be hard for me to apply for a fiance visa for him
3. i haven't traveled outside USA in last 15 years would i have to travel?
Please advise.
