A punctual Question, Just wanted to know if a Commerce Graduate working for a IT Company in the field of IT is eligible for H1B, L1A or L1B Visa for US.
Options are there for Individual and for Blanket also.

Yes of course. There are many BCom graduates who have been approved these visas and many have got GC and subsequently citizenship too. You need the right experience and employer.

In that case, I would say, an individual petition is more likely to get approval, than an blanket one.
