Hi
I am a consultant on valid H1b Extension (H1b Petition Approved, till 2018) with the present client and location.
LCA is also filed with the current client and location.
Does my employer still have to file my H1b Amendment? (I have not changed my job location/client after I got my current H1b Extension Approved).
So in other words are H1b Amendment and Extension different?
I am not sure if they have filed my H1b Amendment when I joined this client, but since the H1b Petition/Extension got approved with the present client, is it required to file another H1b Amendment?
In case if my employer filed anyway, do I need to wait until it is Approved to go out of US ? (have to go for stamping again since I have changed my employer after entering US).
